the war seem like a plant? Fitz gave a long, detailed explanation about why this is NOT about the Iraq war.

but then, after I saw that it was Terry Moran asking, I figured he wanted a definitive answer; I thought it was a good question because I wanted to know.

Think about this: If Fitzgerald had given him the answer that we would have liked, would we have questioned his intent?

related to the war.

2. Well, it's certainly a question that the public is asking.

Terry Moran has his finger on the pulse, so to speak, and therefore it was good for him to ask, because a lot of people want the answer to that question.

It also keeps the connection alive between the Plame outing and the unjustified invasion of Iraq.
