3. Yes.
But I saw an article just today talking about how she was going to have to leave because her decades long career there was over - due to circumstances beyond her control.

Good grounds for her civil lawsuit, it would seem.

2. She may have granted an interview for Vanity Fair but her
husband speaks for her mostly. She's smart, I wouldn't grant interviews either.
