and we don't know if Rove is still under investigation or not (at least I didn't hear Fitzgerald say he was). I think one way we can tell if Rove feels safe again or not is how the WH plays the spin machine, etc, in the next few days. Lately, the Rovian touch has been missing, as KKKarl was too busy worrying about what might happen to him.

I heard one of the talking heads say today that earlier in the week when Rove's lawyer found out that he was going to be indicted, Rove met with the Fitzgerald and voila! No indictments.
