Keep in mind, no one knows anything about this grand jury and what Fitzgerald's investigation is doing.

Second, the subpoena of the phone records is routine. Why anyone's making any kind of big deal out of it is beyond me.

Looks like the media has nothing to write about so they're writing about the most basic crap that goes on in every legal action.

What silliness.

Listen, until you hear from Fitzgerald himself, no one knows anything, and Rove's testimony - for all we know - might just be to tie up loose ends before Fitzgerald concludes that no laws were broken.

Keep in mind that it's entirely possible that no one will be indicted.
