Did you hear that? Immediate assistance... and they aren't trying to barter for control of Pakistan's military either...

Anyone should look at the WORLD's response to the Earthquakes and then look at the U.S.'s response to Katrina/Rita and see that our FEDERAL government is a COMPLETE FAILURE at protecting us.

God forbid she interrupt her shoe shopping and Broadway show attending to wander over to the UN and accept help from Kofi before that date.

Unicef is a UN relief agency, FEMA is a internal US government agency.
