Seriously click on star #25....

It's painful to hear him, but there is actual laughter at his response. I never realized that. They just couldn't hold in the laugh!

"You're given sovereignty and you're viewed as a sovereign entity..." he pauses... almost like it's a laugh line and he's a comedian, and they do start laughing! The questioner even mutters "Ok" like that was the punch line and he's about to sit down... But Shrub continues on!

9. They don't have the best part!

Jesse Jackson was at the same event and totally ripped Bush a new one - something along the lines of 'you're a sovereignity, I'm a sovereignity - we've all been sovereized'. They howled with laughter at that.

I dare anyone to hear this clip of Bush and then tell me with a straight face that he's not an idiot.
