Folks...we hit the trifecta.
We already knew the Scooter Libby and Cheney were more than likely involved in the Plame leak and now it looks like Bush just might be too...

TRIFECTA!

1. So far only rumors of rumors, but at least they're "mainstream" rumors. :D

2. No trifecta yet
There's just as good of a chance that there won't be indictments. I hope I'm wrong, but it's quite possible that Fitzgerald doesn't have enough for criminal indictments...and if he doesn't it doesn't just mean that he's in the pocket of Bushco.

11. Wishful thinking?
You don't get a panel of judges to agree to send a Pulizer prize winning journalist to jail unless you've got a case.

It not a matter of if there will be indictments, it's just how many and when.

12. Read Judge Tatel's opinion in the Cooper/Miller case.
Fitzgerald's evidence seems to have convinced Judge Tatel that crimes were committed.

16. people that make these kind of statements
haven't been following this story. Did you forget about the statements made by the judge before remanding Miller to jail?

6. If there is any justice in this world, these thugs will finally have to
practice some of that "personal accountability" they're always harping about (usually as a reason to cut social programs or otherwise screw the poor and middle-class), don't let lurkers and freepers get ya down, just toss them a scooby snack;)

8. No. Saying Bush was involved is meant to make it look good when
fitz just comes out with a report slamming the WH or with a few indictments for aides.

Freepers will be so happy - they will give Bush a big blue sticky star for not being a felon.

I'm guessing of course. Don't think there has been one leak from Fitz office - so why all of sudden?

I don't buy it.

Let's just wait for the facts written down on paper & filed with the courts.

17. No leaks out of Fitz's camp..
so we have to assume it is from people who have testified or who know who testified to what.

20. You could be right...you could be wrong
I was just stating the obvious source, from my perspective, of the leak. Could be disinfo. We shouldn't have too much longer to wait to find out.

21. Yup - as I've always said - we don't know until we know. We are not
witness. We have to rely on primary info of others.

13. The term of the grand jury expires October 28.
So some of the criminals in the Bush administration should have their orange jumpsuits in time for Halloween.

15. Bush would never resign.
And there is no crime for which a republican controlled House would impeach him. No crime whatsoever.
