During the month of October/Ramadan let all women for peace wear head scarves to stand in solidarity with the women suffering from our war in Iraq.

You can't be the only woman for peace in T. Plan a single day solidarity day. It is up to you.

You might want to post this in a couple different places. I suggest posting it in the DU Activist Headquarters and the Religion and Theology forum. If you have a star (I can't see if you do as I'm replying), you might also post it in Christian Liberals/Progressive People of Faith group, the Seekers on Unique Paths group, the Jewish group, and the Ancient Wisdom and Pagan Spirituality group. (Just thinking that other people of faith might be more supportive of this proposal than the general GD crowd). You might try the Women's group, as well.
