Los Angeles County is Now Reporting
Edited on Tue Oct-07-03 11:52 PM by Il_Coniglietto
With four precincts reporting (or about two-tenths of a percent):

Shall Gray Davis be recalled? (estimated total)

Yes 182,091 50.9
No 175,946 49.1

Recall: Yes

edit: fuzzy math

3. Those numbers can't be two tenths of a percent.
That would give Los Angeles County a population of a few hundred million.

4. Whoops, sorry, you're right
Those numbers are the estimated total. It would be nice if they made a little note of that.

5. It is 0.2% of precincts, but not 0.2% of population
Means that the precincts reporting are among the larger populations.
