1. It's a loss for the true conservatives
but another win for the neo-con opportunists. It's very disheartening.

2. Thanks - good points
Ask your favorite Republican if Arnold had run as a (D) with EXACTLY the same platform if they would have voted for him. Ten bucks they'll stare at you like a deer in the headlights.

5. Arnold vs. Gray
If Arnold had run on the same platform, but as a Democrat instead of as a Republican, Cruz probably wouldn't have run and I'll bet Arnold would have won.

3. It seems as if the "real" conservatives just gave up and are letting
the bush/rove neo-cons win. They act like dogs with tails betweens their legs, kinda like the Dems. The Dem operative and leaders have better get their act together, because even with bush* ruining this country with his policies, if we don't fight back with everything we have, bush* could pull it out.

We have no more time to lose.

4. Well said.
The real conservatives should be disappointed as well. The Neo Con, anti-American element is apparently taking hold.

6. The last time I discounted a Republican election thief as
a moderate, buildings started falling down.

I don't care what Schwarzenggar has said about his positions. I don't trust him one bit if he's comfortable wearing the Republican tag in today's political scene.
