Horrible thoughts.
Cheney is going into surgery this afternoon, and I couldn't care less whether the son-of-a-bitch lives or dies.

I'm probably just reflecting the way he thinks about the rest of us, but nonetheless, it doesn't soothe my conscience for feeling this way.

But, having said this, fuck him.

1. He has another aneurysm behind his other knee.
He's only having one operated on today.

Regardless of how i feel about him, it doesn't seem smart to have him in a position like Vice pResident because his health is so bad. He really needs to be fishing or sitting at home.

3. I always thought "aneurysm" as in "he had a brain aneurysm"
was if not fatal, promoted a stroke or something. How can he have so many in his legs? He sounds like a walking "practice body" being used in some teaching hospital. Hmmm, what can we do to him next?

5. Why do I have this stupid song going thru my head?
He goes on the prowl each night
Like an alley cat

We can't trust him out of sight
There's no doubt of that
He just don't know wrong from right
Like an alley cat

He beats them
And cheats them
And leaves them
Like that "Catsanova" does

That's no way to treat a pal
We should tell him "Scat!"

:silly:

7. Pardon me.
What is that song? Either I'm too old or too young to recognize it.

I was just thinking, in terms of a cat with 9 lives, completely out of context, of course.

Explain the vagaries of the human mind!

13. In the brain, they frequently are.
From http://www.thefreedictionary.com/aneurysm :
"A localized, pathological, blood-filled dilatation of a blood vessel caused by a disease or weakening of the vessel's wall."

They have a habit of breaking. In the brain, that leads to a stroke. Some are operable. Most aren't.

A friend of mine had an aneurysm on (in?) his aorta. He had Marfan's syndrome. He was 24, married to an 18-year-old woman for about 9 months, when his aorta split open. He died immediately.

the sentiments Uncle Dick feels towards most people.

4. Like it or not, we're all human, and we are all capable of compassion,
as well as pettiness. And as my mother always says, "what goes around, comes around". I'm tired lately, and don't have enough energy to waste on caring about someone as cold and unfeeling as Dick Cheney. So don't feel bad, and definitely, don't feel alone. Save your compassion for someone who deserves it.
Peace.

8. So what's the horrible thought?
The fact that you're trying to soothe your conscience means that you're not in the same anti-social class as Cheney. So don't worry about that.

The "couldn't care less" response is an appropriate emotional and even quite rational response to the form of expression adopted by those humanoid cells unlucky enough to have developed into Cheney.

Since he is not really human we should maybe treat him like the vegetable he is and keep him on life support for about twenty years, which is what he would want for himself, I'm sure. Just like Schiavo.

I agree, f%$# the vegetable.

what will become of Halliburton?

14. His Dr. Strangelove transformation is almost complete.
Surely he'll be placed in a wheelchair for awhile, but will he adopt the tinted glasses/dark gloves, too?
