5. Caller just made a brilliant suggestion

CSPAN should dedicate programming time to cover all the events happening but not being covered because all the "news" stations are covering Rita 24x7. He specifically mentioned ABLE DANGER (which in fairness he did say was being covered on CSPAN3, which is a backwater many CSPAN households do not receive).

The National Book Festival, hosted by the Library of Congress and first lady Laura Bush takes place on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Featured authors include Andrea Mitchell, Thomas Friedman, David Brooks, Joseph Ellis, David McCullough, Andrew Carroll, Robert Carter, and Robert MacNeil.
