Replaying NOLA resident Douglas Brinkley-C-span Wash Journal this morning.

He lives in NOLA and rode out the storm.

He just said he personally witnessed FEMA turning back supplies because the right forms weren't filled out.

He is mad that the Port of NO is closed because it is fine and humanitarian goods could come straight in that way.

He said the Parish that everybody has to drive through to get to NOLA takes some of the aid so it doesn't get to the other areas that need it.
