Brown is still the head of FEMA and another damn hurricaine is forming and I don't think he should be muttering about getting drunk.

He should be getting is act together for the next storm.

6. My guess those margaritas are to prepare him for the
training he's to get in changing the toner cartidges in building's copiers--empty cartridges are a definite disaster at FEMA given all the directives and counterdirectives they are falling over themselves to get out.
