Can America withstand two more years of Republican rule ?

As we all know, the Republican Party is in control of everything: the House, Senate, the White House, the courts, the media...and look where we have been and look where we are going. The Republicans in the House and Senate have been rubber stamps for a White House with a record of terrible policy decisions. From the huge taxcuts for the wealthy, to the war in Iraq, to the privatization of Social Security, etc., this Republican monopoly on our government has been one huge disaster.

This is no longer "just" about George W Bush. This is about the Republican Party. This is about a bankrupt ideology. This is about an ideology that divides America, that takes from the poor and middle class and gives it all to the wealthy and the corporations. Is that the type of government that we really want? Or do we want a government that includes all our people? Yes, it about politics. Because, other than violence, politics is the only way we have to throw these bums out.
