Haven't been heard of today. Has Governor Blanco finally been strongarmed into signing over NOLA and La. full control to the Monster and his Fascist thugs?

The GOP are blaming Blanco for nearly EVERYTHING now. Why hasn't she come out and defended herself today against this?

Why are ALL of those NON-Louisiana National Guard troops still in NOLA, there's no violence to get under control, so why can't she tell the regular army to leave? Just leave a few thousand NG troops there instead?

Why were Rummy and Myers down there? Why are the military and Pentagon in charge and giving the press briefings about this operation?

Why can't Gov. Blanco ask for the NOLA evacuees to be distributed around other areas of Louisiana...why is she letting them be taken to Utah, West Virginia and other states? If James Lee Witt is in charge...why are FEMA taking control of these people and not even telling them WHERE they're going...UNTIL they GET to these far-flung regions of the country? Shouldn't Blanco be allowed to control where HER citizens are?

Why aren't we seeing the charity mentioned that Blanco set up to keep the financial donations going right to the state of Louisiana...all we get is ads for the Red Cross mostly. I bet MOST people don't even KNOW about that state charity, yet that, along with James Lee Witt, were meant to keep Baton Rouge INDEPENDENT from the Federal Government.

Why are FEMA directing charity donations towards Pat Robertson?

Why is Dick Cheney going to NOLA on Friday...WHAT could he POSSIBLY contribute?

In short, or in closing, do we STILL have evidence that Governor Blanco is in charge of NOLA and indeed is she still in charge of the NG, Sheriffs, Communications etc in her ENTIRE state?

Seems to me, that the GOP are squarely blaming the Louisiana Democrats here, they started that FULL ON today...and YET, unlike the last six days where they were ALSO blaming the Louisiana Democrats, those said Democrats have gone COMPLETELY SILENT.

Also, I'm not sure if I FULLY trust Ray Nagin, up until a few days before he announced that he was running for Mayor he'd been a Republican. He ONLY changed party for one reason, he wanted to be Mayor and he knew he'd never get elected Mayor in NOLA unless the people saw a D after his name.

Nagin's outburst's and blaming the Federal Government, his outbursts are now SILENT.

I'm getting BAD vibes about this newfound silence.

Baton Rouge's silence is DEAFENING...especially after nearly ALL of them have been going apeshit for the past 6 days.
