Just watched a story on Dateline about a VP of a bank (sorry, missed the very beginning so don't know where this is). The banks cannot operate without electricity, but this man opened the bank to it's customers and gave them each a max of $200, with the understanding that it will be debited from their accounts when the bank is up and running again.

Man, people just continually amaze me! Bless this man's heart!!1
