Anyone notice a lot of Clinton officials coming out?

The M$M has been almost devoid of their faces, especially since the last selection. However in the last few days, they are suddenly back playing a more prominent role.

Even Clinton's recent behavior is starting to make sense. He must hate these people as bad as we do but he sucked up to them. I think he did this on purpose. He got into their club and they all thought he was their friend and now he can kick them in the balls personally.

I think we might be about to take our country back. Unless of course Bush and Rove pull another FLOP. But even if they do, it will be over for them and we will just have a bigger mess to clean up.

I wish more DU'ers realized it. In any event his little speech encouraging aid to the Katrina victims was very good, as usual. Even gave some leadership to Congress suggesting what they should work on when they get back with specifics even.

... and the last set of truly qualified and intelligent upper level civil servants, that's why they're coming back out of the wood work.

They weren't in DC for the primary purpose of looting the treasury and gutting the national infrastructure to make their crime cronies rich.

The mess that is going to be left to clean up after Chimpy leaves office is going to be unmanageable, and I personally do NOT want a Dem to have to do it -- for 2 reasons. 1 - why the fuck should we ? and 2 - it's going to be impossible, so when the following election cycle comes around, the GOP can drag out some hack to say 'Oh, look ... those Democrats told you they'd fix ____, they've had 2(4) years and haven't ... vote for us.' which will get us another Chimpass at 1600.

but Bush let him stay because transportation is good for business and that was the one dept. he needed somebody competent.

7. I am going to try to have faith in the DUers who have faith in the

'recent behavior' of Clinton. I can usually think something out and come up with my own rationale for 'behavior' that is not what I expect or want. I welcome anyone's attempt to make me understand the Clintons. My assessment of the behavior of both Mr and Mrs. is extremely negative.

13. I admit, I have been critical of Clinton lately.

But, I think he was right in what he said at the press conference today. Also, in how he said it. It's customary for former presidents to not criticize sitting presidents too much, so I can understand Clinton not saying much about Bush...for now.
