We're back to the 60's and 70's children. For those of us old enough
the Hurricane and its aftermath are oh so familiar. Racism, poverty, government mismanagement, fruad, corruption and of course, another war.

When oh when does it start to get better and stay better in America?

1. Which 60's and 70's?

6. In terms of corruption, Ford was definetly outclassed by the Nixonian
bunch that have resurfaced these last years with Bush.

10. Ford gave those idiots Rumsfeld and Cheney
Oval Office jobs, though. The retread miscreants plaguing us are as much Ford's as they are Nixon's and Reagan's.

7. Nixon was a bastard but at least he wasn't an idiot
If you ignore Nixon's political manipulation of the war, resulting in the deaths of tens of thousands, and the paranoid delusion resulting in the enemies list and Watergate, he was a pretty good president.

8. Let's go back and...
get it right this time.
Like many here, I was there - and we blew it.
This time, let's get it right.
No more reagans, no more bushes.
Never again.

9. Economically, this country hasn't made any progress since 1910
We've had some progress in civil rights, but that's about it.
