Do Dreams Come True?---Karl Rove in Deep Do-Do

I recall posting in GD several months ago, "How do we bring down Karl Rove, evil mastermind of the Bush administration?"

We discussed various ways he could be brought down. I don't think anyone here imagined he'd get in trouble with the CIA.

Is this a real possibility now? Could Karl be finished?

3. Well it looks like they're making cheney's aide the fall guy...

and with the bush regime sliding cheney out of office, this makes a lot of sense actually.... what do they have to lose by hanging him out to dry? cheney is not a healthy man, but can still advise while on the side... and it makes them look like they're 'doing' something, or as bush said, 'taking care of " it.

rove is their most valuable asset. the bush regime would completely fall apart if he were taken out. they simply won't let that happen.

I hope you are wrong about cHeney sliding off and still pulling the strings (he met with ,poppy, and Saudi prince not too long ago). Also an underling is bullshit. An underling had no 'need to know' authority so even if sCooper and someone else commited 6 acts of Treason, WHO revealed the agents name,department and duties???

12. Yes XanthaS dreams do come true

If nothing else, Rove has been seriously damaged. He may technically avoid prosecution since he may not have known that Wilson's wife was undercover, and I think that technicality is what they will use to save him. However, everyone will know that he did the deed. That he was petty and put a CIA operative working on WMD in danger. We have to continue to play up that importance. The repukes have made security their issue and the heart of this issue is that they blew someone's cover who was working on that very issue. Not very patriotic I'd say, just goes to show their win at all costs mentality.

We have to keep painting Rove as the mastermind who comprised security, he is a traitor - period.
