Out of everything he's said, I think he's only apologized for that one thing he said during the football game and that's it. It's basically his job to blame the liberals for everything that people are concerned about, especially things like the Army Corps of Engineers cuts which may have been a factor in the flood.

7. He apologized once when he contradicted Jerry Falwell

Falwell blamed 9-11 on gays and the ACLU and liberals and basically all the good people in the world. Rush blasted him on his show, claiming he went too far. The next day he apologized saying (try and hear his tight little voice as he says this) "After speaking with the Reverend Falwell last night, I realize that my remarks yesterday may have been misunderstood." (Insert stupid backtrack that completely denies exactly what he said the day before.)

So he does apologize when his slavemasters snap their whips.
