I have torn my "democraticunderground.com" sticker off my car. I don't want to refer my fellow human advocates and friends to a place where personal attacks on people like Jane Fonda and Randi Rhodes are unleashed and RW LIES are allowed to stand.

I have no place in this space. :hug: to those who are tolerant and encouraging and passionate for unification,...we'll meet, I'm sure, elsewhere.

I agree about us needing to unite.Ive read thousands of threads on this board and from what and I can see,our agreement about what is wrong with this country if I were to put it in numbers stands at more than 9O percent IMO.The conflicts start when we start talking about the solutions and posters start flaming others who dont walk in lockstep.

Ok so the poster may have been totally off base about Rhandi Rhodes I dont know the facts but leaving isnt the answer.Countering what this poster said with facts of your own is the way to go.

In the past Ive heard some things said about some members of the press that I happen to know personally.Most of the time people say very nice things about them but once in a while some poster says something that is so off base Id like to slug them.But that doesnt mean Im going to stop posting here nor should you Just Me.Nor will I leave because of "holier than thou" posters.

Hope you will reconsider Just Me.You are a valuable contributor to DU and it would be ashame to see you go.Peace
