Military to Deploy Microwave Crowd-Control Weapon in Iraq
Scientists are questioning the safety of a Star Wars-style riot control ray gun due to be deployed in Iraq next year.

The Active Denial System weapon, classified as "less lethal" by the Pentagon, fires a 95GHz microwave beam at rioters to cause heating and intolerable pain in less than five seconds.

The discomfort is designed to prompt people caught in the microwave beam to move away from it, thereby allowing riot-control personnel to break up and manage a crowd.

1. Yes. Develop the deployment technique so that it can later be
used in the U.S. Folks, the government is being run by ruthless thugs and it's not going to be easy to depose them. They got all of the "cards".

4. The sleeping will only awaken when the pain is theirs and it's
severe. My hope is that it won't be too late. In the end, the laws of Nature will rule. But, from a human life span perspective, that might not be soon enough for us.
