Media Ownership before and after the Telecommunications Act? #'s needed

Does anyone have a link to the numbers? I am looking but I can't find them.

What were the percentages? Is it 9 companies that now own 95% of the media or 7?

Help please, this is important.

There are a lot of articles here. I don't know the answer, but these articles should help. I very much disapprove of the deregulation he started.
