The Simple Proof That They Are Lying
They don't rebut the story, they attack the author's credibility.

Has ANYONE ever heard any of them say that the Niger docs are NOT fakes after Wilson's statements? Did they EVER argue the authenticity and show their evidence?

No.

Do they EVER look into evidence that does not agree with their line and make statements about whether or not it is true?

Why not?

You know, at work, when someone misses a report due date and blames me, as in, "she never sent me the email with the due date", I don't attack the person. I just quietly open my email, go to the sent file, find the email, print it out, highlight the date and hand it to the person. And if I look, and discover that I had erred and NOT sent an email, there is nothing I can do about it but admit it.

So you have to wonder, didn't this administration have mounds of evidence that would prove those docs weren't fake? No? Then they KNEW they were fake all along. There IS no other explanation for their actions.

1. Simple proof they are lying? Their lips are moving
I agree with your post, but they are also always lying.

What Mary McCarthy once said of Lillian Hellman applies to this administration: "every word she writes is a lie, including 'and' and 'the.'"

3. The simple and finite rules of deduction logic.
The goal is to prove the truth of a premise through a series of tests which collectively are known as an "argument"

There are several logical fallacies employed in order to avoid this task. One is the ad hominem fallacy which masquerades as an argument and attacks the person making the premise/potential truth on character flaws, like lack of credibility. Another logical fallacy is "begging the question" wherein a red herring issue is introduced and the original premise is ignored with the new topic being the new premise/potential truth.

The common thread is that the question/premise/potential truth is not directly addressed and even proved true or false.

4. That's always been their tactic
Attack the messenger. They know no other way. It's worked so far but, I diligently hope, that time is over. I think the sheeple are finally waking up.
