Actually Karl, liberals saw 9/11 and knew our leadership was incompetent
Liberals saw 9/11 and knew that our president was on vacation and could not be found.

Liberals saw 9/11 and asked "How could our own planes be turned into bombs and used on our own citizens."

Liberals saw 9/11 and looking back in retrospect we say, if your puppet boy king had uttered the words TERRORISM one one millionth of the times he's uttered it since, it might possibly have been averted.

Liberals saw 9/11 and wondered why none of the planes were intercepted 40 minutes after it was known they were hijacked when Payne Stewart's plane was intercepted within 12 minutes.

Liberals saw 9/11 and said "Where is the President?"

Liberals saw 9/11 and wondered how terrorists could be trained at Rudy Decker's flight school in FLA.

Liberals saw 9/11 and said "If they knew who the hijackers were? Why weren't they watching them.

Liberals saw 9/11 and said, "Whatever became of the Hart Rudmann report.

Liberals saw 9/11 and for the most part, supported the war in Afghanistan and wondered why we would take on Iraq which was NO threat in exchange for dealing with that.

Liberals saw 9/11. We saw who benefitted and it wasn't the terrorists.

2. Nice post! This liberal actually felt he didn't see a President at all
until that first recording of Clinton squeaked out of Australia. I certainly couldn't take George Jr. seriously as a president, and genuinely, in an odd way that's hard to explain, thought we were all waiting for Bill to come back and help us.

"• An allegation that al Qaeda had been considering ways to hijack American planes to win the release of operatives who had been arrested in 1998 and 1999.

• An allegation that bin Laden was set on striking the United States as early as 1997 and through early 2001."

6. *Where is the President?*
Yes! Bush was missing all damn day. I kept waiting to hear from him to find out what was going on and then all we get is *They hate us for our freedoms*. Rove is right about one thing, we would have preferred an Indictment over *We'll get him, dead or alive* An Indictment would have served to get Bin Laden from the Taliban who requested *proof* that he was responsible for 9/11.

7. Liberals saw 9/11 happen, and before the thought could cross their minds
of the incompetency of the current Resident, the RW spin machine was already blaming it all on Bill Clinton.

I believe it was not even a matter of hours . . .

8. Liberals saw 9/11...
I continue to be amazed how the administration that was too incompetant to do anything to prevent Sept. 11, despite advanced warning, can be so ridiculously proud of themselves.

By the way, liberals also saw that the terrorists didn't actually "hate our freedom" but rather hated our military policies and in all liklihood our evangelical Christian president.

9. Liberals saw 9/11 and later found out that the "President"
had the look of a detached, confused deer in the headlights when the news was whispered to him in a 2nd grade classroom.

Karl, your boy fucked off like a scared bunny rabbit that day. Hell, it took him 3 days to finally come to NYC whereas Bill Clinton got there the next day - all the way from Australia, no less.

:argh:
