1. We'll have to wait for someone who was there to tell us. Will Pitt?
I'm sure he'll have a great article up soon.

2. The formula for the number of people attending
in Democratic protests is to take the MSM figure and multiply by 2 unless it is held in DC and then you need to multiply by 5. If the number is given for Republican protests you divide by 2.

:sarcasm:

4. My estimate is 350

I posted a report on the rally in the General Discussion: Politics thread last night.

I was a mainstream media reporter for almost 30 years, before leaving journalism in disgust, and am pretty good at doing crowd estimates.

350 is a wonderful turnout for a weekday afternoon, with very little advance publicity about the rally.

7. Read the thread. Great news.
Thx for posting it. You stated that there were many TV cameras there....it's a darn shame the majority of them didn't report the hearing or rally. I emailed ABC Nightline last night because they had advertised that the hearing was going to be showcased. Guess what? It wasn't even mentioned!!! Surprise! So I emailed them and called them flip floppers!! I told them not to respond because I have no intention of watching Nightline again.
