ARRRRRGGHHHH!!!

does that mean they will fire you after you purchase one of their sh!tty H2 Hummers?

God, the balls of those crooks. Hey! Employees! We have Bush folk watching our back so we can f*ck you UNION people over big time. No amount of Kerry sermonizing or BOss singing his tunes will save you!

AMerica is turning into a truly wonderful place.

2. It's the GM response to their bad financial numbers.
"We're about to go down the tubes and fuck our union retirees unless you guys buy our vehicles under this Very Special Deal.

3. When i saw it...
I knew it was their way of doing away with the GM Employee Discount.

Let's face it, if EVERYONE gets the discount, then NO ONE gets the discount. I am eager to know how many people will actually believe that they are getting the GMED ...

4. Do you guys really think they're going to go "down the tubes"?
They seem to large for that to come about.

8. Yep they already are going down.
What other choice was there? The entire thing is run by far-right wing nuts, it was literally doomed from the start. There was nothing to save GM, it's like World Com, having signed over its entire lease to Oil and big business. Billions of dollars is what the corprocrats have always vested in, with all the contributions.

6. are they trying to impress us with how kind they are to their employees?
Offering the employee discount is a way of screaming "WE HAVE AN EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT" (even if we don't have pensions anymore, or even jobs). PR is king.

7. this is all a ploy to destroy the unions in this country
the only ones with any residual power are Teamsters, UAW, and all the public employee unions. They're taking them down one at a time.
