John Bolton Ad on Televison
I have just seen a commerical on BBC World, it was for the public to get behind John Bolton.

Baiscally it Showed a picture of Bolton with a lady saying something like "America needs people who stand up for amercian Values"

Then it showed a picture of Ronald Regan and George W Bush.

Did the democrats ever run pathetic ads like this when Clinton was in power?

4. I hope you're kidding

because it really is pathetic. I'll translate to English: 'Please, Tony and Gordon, help our little boy out in the UN- he's gotten a brutal case of redass and will be treated like the toxic steaming pile he is by the other boys in the club internationally...help...help....'

The ads or the fact BBC didn't have anything better to show.

Edit: BBC does have better. How about 20+ years of Dr. Who instead of those ads. I am now banning 24/7 "news" channels and may not get cable in my future, fantasy home I may one day own.

8. BBC America???
Geez, what are their demographics? All of the people I know who watch BBC America are raving liberals. Why would you try to sell such bull sh** to thinking people? I mean, I could see the ad or Fox or CNN, but not BBC America or the Daily Show!

9. It was on "BBC World"
They were doing a story on John Bolton and then they said this ad had been running on American Televison.

11. Whew!
I really thought the Republicans had gone over the edge! Aiming an ad campaign at those who can actually think and who take the time to look beneath the surface.

It was a real trip during this last election when I would visit a Red or swing state and see the ads. They blew me away--so full of downright lies.
