WASHINGTON — A terrorist attack on chemical plants lacking enough federal oversight could cause mass casualties, a former homeland security adviser to the White House told senators on Wednesday.

5. So go ahead, write stories about how vulnerable they are,
tell us EXACTLY how the terrorists can carry out an attack on the plants, and don't forget to tell us how many people will die outright or in the next few years. You guys are doing a great job, but are you sure it's not for the OTHER side?!?!
