Okay, confess who's trolling FR and writing this crap.
It has to be satire, doesn't it? Can anyone truly believe this?

To: xlib

Ever since the then-unchallenged MSM took down Nixon 31 years ago -- who was protecting us from Ellsberg, the Berrigan Bros and other fifth columnists -- we've seen repeatedly that the NYT, CBS, PBS, NPR, CNN are little more than lickspittles for the DNC and this country's sworn enemies (assuming there's a distinction.)

I would not lose a second of sleep tonight if every one of those outfits were shuttered this afternoon by the National Guard and their executives and producers put on trial for treason.

We as a New Majority are entitled to rewrite the rules and enforce standards. It seems to me we are now in a position to do just that, assuming we truly have the will to understand what led to our win in November.

2. Sounds Like a Punked Little Child with an Inferiority Complex Ranting
More like a wuss in need of his/her Mommy and Daddy to tell him/her that they "love" him/her and to "let go". May stem from abandonment.

3. Sounds pretty much what's been said
by the right wing propaganda machine, Coulter, Hannity, Limbaugh, etc. all along and now the *bots are picking up the language and repeating it. I think that is the plan, especially putting them on trial for treason, but they really mean the liberals, like AAR not the MSM.

12. I thought we did
I really don't understand them. They have been instilled with this holier than thou attitude by a rude, dumb, cowboy acting east COASTER.
The only majority is because of stolen elections and scaring the bejeeses out of the good citizens.

10. Agreed. If you spend any time on mixed message boards
then you will read this over and over again.

I don't know how many truly believe this and feel this way, and how many are just doing it for the pay.

I suspect many do it, and then get a lot of other people believing it.

Thank goodness we have the numbers we do challenging this idiocy on the mixed boards--but we always can use more.

14. Ain't that something
I've tried arguing with hard head freepers and find it is just better to be here among the like minded. I still give it to them though and they can't see why they haven't broken me. It is because I do it all with a smile. :9

7. What's stopping ya, freepers???
Seriously, they got the legislative branch, the executive branch and most of the judicial branch.

You feeling froggy repukes? Wanna jump?

There's nothing stopping them. Which makes me wonder why they hesitate. Could it be that even THEY know deep down in their soul they are wrong and acting badly, tearing up the Constitution and using it for toilet paper?

Hmmm.

16. Book by Erich Fromm called
"Escape From Freedom" psychological study of people
who prefer fascism to democracy.

They're afraid of freedom, diversity, difference.
They need authority to tell them what to do, and they
want everyone to do it.

that's an excellent book!
I believe Fromm also says that the need to escape from freedom stems, partly, from people's feeling that they are not in control of their lives.

Am I wrong - but is this feeling widespread today?

19. It would have to be for Bush voters.

These are the same people who are capable of willfully
ignoring every BFEE crime because if they let a little
light in, Bush could not be their all-powerful leader.

This is the only explanation I've sen so far that makes
any sense at all for the 2004 debacle and their continued
blind faith in and loyalty to the evil little chimp.

17. Here's more from the same nut. She's right, "There's no equivalence"
"With all respect Strategerist, I think your question poses a false dichotomy. There's no equivalence between Slick & Clark's Wag The Dog campaign and the current war against a sworn enemy. An entirely different set of considerations apply now where media actors are concerned."

She's right, "Slick & Clark" had zero US combat fatalities in their "Wag The Dog campaign". "Slick & Clark" effected regime change at a very low cost, and without resorting to torture in their "Wag The Dog campaign". Too bad Dubya and his crew are running this mess. I sure wish we had "Slick & Clark" back to "Wag The Dog" like that again.
