2. The names Bobby Kennedy, Jr. and Joe Scarborough
should not be mentioned in the same breath. Scarborough will be blown away tonight!

5. I wonder if Simpson will flip out on him again
He just about lost it during a "magical glass box" interview last season.

14. I wish
Maher would ask him about that intern. Just to see his face flush up and get his undies in a tight wad.

9. He never has me on that bastard, n/t
Coulter he has on, Drudge he has on, Ritter? Nope. Me? Nope. Friedman? Nope. Pitt? Nope. I love Dowd... But really, when he picks from new writers, new voices on feminism, and culture, he looks to the Blue Dress crowd. Am I wrong?

24. No, he had Frum on
I am speaking of Brad Friedman. Or Will Pitt would be nice. Or any other writer not already crowned by the NYT or any writer not related to blue dresses.

Let us make a wish list of people we want to see on:

Will Pitt
Andy Stepheson (he does write too, not just investigates)
Wonk (Ann Cox)
Brad Friedman
John Byrne
Naomi Klein (has he had her on yet?)

so there is my wish list and boy, if on one show that would be great.

20. No, you're not wrong.
Maher, like many men who are fairly liberal in a lot of their thinking, can't seem to cross that line to accepting women on a fully equal basis. You would make him very uncomfortable.

25. Yes, I agree with you especially on the women...
He did have a leading feminist scholar on (I will not embarrass a hero of mine) and asked her about Michael Jackson and female teachers sleeping with male students.

27. Maher just doesn't get women
he truly believes women all hate each other. I don't know if his chauvinism is a misguided attempt to appear more masculine. Or just bad wiring. But he is very uneasy about women. It shows.

26. Yep. They all do the same dance
the Moderation. O'Reilly. Newt. Dennis Miller on The Daily Show. It's exactly the same. These guys all use the same play books. It's nauseating.
Like we don't see right through them.

I wonder if Bill will continue his disgraceful ass kissing to the right in this week's show?

He should take Joe to task for his horrid coverage of the Shiavo fiasco.
