2. Almost every patriotic American is outraged by the cynical use of religion
to promote confirmation of right-wing judges and pre-emptive war(s) for good measure. Surely the anti-Christ lurks somewhere within this religious movement IMHO.

4. It is either bush or DeLay.
BTW, it is 318 W Kentucky Street instead of 318 W Kentucky Avenue. I changed it in the original.

If you know anyone within a reasonable distance, let them know. There will be a lot of activities that day.

26. Not sure. I heard that the Frist event may be at an
undisclosed location that is only known by invited guests. That's OK with me because it will mean more media resources for our event.

35. OK, here's the location for both their churches

While waiting for another page (FRC site) to load, it states that it will be at this location:

East Campus Sanctuary

Highview Baptist Chuch (East Campus)
15201 Shelbyville Rd
Louisville, KY 40245

So, is that anywhere near where you will be?

edit: 1st sentence sucked. lol

36. No, they are miles away, but the anti Frist event will
be near the downtown, and not too far from the media. It will be a lot easier for them to cover us than them.

I sent this to my friend in Lexington begged her to go she just might. We've been to our fair share of protests so if she can go I'm sure she'll make it. As a matter of fact if I really know her she already knows about it. ;)

23. I just called Frist's Memphis office and told them

I would never vote for him for President, that he and the Family Research Council and those people are trying to turn this country int
a one religion country and that flies in the face of the constitution, that religion has no place in American politics
that he and the house of representatives are destroying this country and the constitution, that the lobbyists and the drug companies are running the country, that he has no business appearing with the Family Research Council about judges, that there is meant to be balance and checks and 3 separate branches of government and they are destroying that, that THOSE people are crazy and destroying this country....AND I DONT LIKE IT, and that although I'm not from Memphis, I'm an American and he still represents me.

40. I've known Lynn since she was a teenie bopper. She was a very
special gal back then. I knew she was going places, but I never envisioned that she would become a restauranteur.

She was a regular fixture at Alfalfa Restaurant in Lexington, and I can see the influence in the food at her place. Her woodworker mentor Dave was a great guy, a real artist.

I have nothing but praise for her and Dave. I don't know where Dave is, but I am sure that like Lynn, he is making a positive impact.

I'd attend if I could, but I can't. Too bad Ferry Fontaine Amusement park isn't there on the banks of the Ohio River anymore. People could go for a spin on the coaster or carousel after the event. Thanks Lewville for your courage.

I used to go to Fontaine Ferry for the Dances and the great skating rink.

I loved Hilarity Hall, and the arcade.

Actually, protests make me hungry. It will be Lynn's to recharge my batteries.

She said they moved it inside due to the blustery weather. The church was packed, standing room only. She said the speeches were great, the crowd enthusiastic, and the media was everywhere.

It was just on NBC nightly news.
