Get this: World bank warns U.S. to cut deficits
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=568&ncid=568&e=1&u=/nm/20050406/bs_nm/economy_forex_worldbank_dc

PARIS (Reuters) - Accumulation of dollar reserves by some Asian countries could spark a systemic foreign exchange crisis, the chief economist of the World Bank said in an interview to be published on Thursday.
---

Isn't Wolfie in charge of the World Bank? Didn't we win the war in Iraq so we could tell the world not to tread on us? Didn't they get the message from bush that all their holdings of US paper are worthless, you know like Social Security?

I don't get it.

1. Wolfie might fire this Chief Economist who said that.
But for now, his words are on record.

Your wildly extravagant expenses on military equipment of dubious usefulness are perfectly acceptable.

That's how I read it, anyway.

4. Someone should tell them they have to use
reverse psychology with his bunch. Tell them they can't invade Iraq and what do they do? Tell them to reduce pollution and what happens? The U.N. needs to tell us to get busy on burning gasoline and ask us if we need a loan.

5. I don't think wolfie-boy is running the show yet...
Sounds like a little "welcome" wish from someone at the bank.

I know the staff at the world bank weren't too thrilled about the comb-licker taking over, but someone got them in line.
(More or less)

7. Get Wolfie in there to shut them up:
so the U.S. can keep big deficits and bring down the international economy, not just its own.
