Appears to have re-opened yesterday.

Here's the greeting from Ron Chusid:

"If you made it here, obviously you know about the new url. At present, the graphics have not been transferred. This includes Avatars, and any posts which included graphics. Later tonight I'll look into uploading some of the old custom Avatars, and hopefully I have the old graphics files around. Those who uploaded their own custom Avatars will have to do that again. At present articles uploaded through last Thursday are on the site. I still have to add a handful of stuff from the weekend. Lots of people also read this site as guests, and I don't know how many were people who never registered. If you have a site or blog with related political information, please list the new url so hopefully everyone who used the old site can find this."
