Jeb Bush - the REINCARNATION of George Wallace
He will stand in the hospital door and defy the order of the federal courts.

But who, this time, will send in the federal troops to enforce the court's rulings? Will his big brother, who signed the law setting this fiasco in motion, have the nerve to obey his oath and send U.S. troops into Florida to overthrow a defiant governor now in OPEN REBELLION against the supremacy of the U.S. Constitution?

Jesus Christ, I never thought our country would come to this. Lock your doors and get ready to fight, America.

3. If you don't know where your shotgun is, I don't know if I want you
on my side.

2. Nah. Even with all his faults, and Lord knows he had plenty,
George Wallace was a self-made man. It's been many generations since a Bush earned anything through his own hard work.

5. Wallace fought in World War II I think
as a crew member in Air Force bombers over Japan. With all his faults, Wallace at least didn't run from military service like the Bush boys.

6. Slight correction, there was no Air Force until 1947. Don't know if
Wallace served or not but I bet he didn't serve with any "nigras."

11. Yes, because Kennedy was prepared to insist he do so.
George Bush is no Kennedy.

8. You're right, of course
I believe he joined in 1942 and was discharged in 1943 after flying in several combat missions. The biography I consulted said "U.S. Air Force" but I guess at the time it was known as the "U.S. Army Air Corps".

12. If he flew over Japan that early in the War he must have been
based in China. Even that doesn't sound right given the dates.

14. First bomber missions against the Japanese home islands
(other than the Dolittle Raid) were in June 1944 so there is something hinky about your source.

15. I probably mis-read the dates
In this biography:

"In his high school days he was a regionally successful boxer before moving on to law school. After receiving his law degree in 1942, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, flying combat missions over Japan."
http://www.absoluteastronomy.com/encyclopedia/G/Ge/George_Wallace.htm

This biography says he flew in 1945 so it's probably more precise at to the specific date.

16. That's why the official USAF song works better with "Army Air Corps"
Off we go -- into the wild blue yonder,
Climbing high -- into the sun;
Here they come -- zooming to meet our thunder,
At 'em boys -- give 'er the gun!
Down we dive -- spouting our flame from under,
Off with one -- helluva roar!
We live -- in fame
Or go down -- in flame, HELL!
Nothing can stop the Army Air Corps!

http://www.comcar.org/army_air_force_song.htm

However, with the creation of the US Air Force, the same tune was used:

The Air Force Song

Off we go into the wild blue younder,
climbing high into the sun,
here they come, zooming to meet our thunder;
at 'em boys, give 'er the gun!
Down we dive, spouting our flame from under,
off with one Hell-of-a roar!
We live in fame or go down in flame,
(shout)Nothing will stop the U.S. Air Force!

Notice, however, the placement of the accents on the last line and compare them with the rhythm: ARM-y AIR CORPS and U s AIR FORCE! The "S" in the second example receives the same emphasis as the "y" in the first example, although the "S" is just as important as the "U." So the tune works best with "Army Air Corps" due to the natural rhythm of the word "Army."
:)

10. One of my cousins served in an airborne unit that was part of the army
in WWII. I believe that this was what evolved into the Air force.

13. I call for a bloodless separation. Let them have their own dark
religion and let them send their own to die for them.

We, who want to keep the Constitution and the Bill of Rights should inherit it, then improve on it using all models benefiting the human race - from basic needs to opportunites matching the human potential to live beautifully.

Let them create their own constitution (which the Federalist Society has already written). Let them lead their stifling, controlled, hate-filled lives so that they can rise together.

We need a new coalition of all peace seeking countries. We need to persuade all countries not to go to war - to turn all money spent on killing to living equally. It will be easier to persuade the world than it will be to persuade these illogical people who are supposed to be our neighbors.

We, in the U.S., have been duped...from our predatory ways on arriving in this country to our predatory actions against other countries for over a century. We are the profiteers of war, weapons, and weeping. We are war activists. War includes religion.
