she is lying out her ass, she is basically saying that Michael was trying to kill Terry and the staff was intimidated by him. Why is CNN even interviewing her? She was let go because of poor nursing decisions regarding Terry Schiavo, who the hell found her and she should be sued by Michael.

"When Michael visited Terri, he always came alone and always had the door closed and locked while he was with Terri. He would typically be there about twenty minutes or so. When he left Terri would would be trembling, crying hysterically, and would be very pale and have cold sweats. It looked to me like Terri was having a hypoglycemic reaction, so I’d check her blood sugar. The glucometer reading would be so low it was below the range where it would register an actual number reading. I would put dextrose in Terri’s mouth to counteract it. This happened about five times on my shift as I recall. Normally Terri’s blood sugar levels were very stable due to the uniformity of her diet through tube feeding. It is my belief that Michael injected Terri with Regular insulin, which is very fast acting."

She also implicates other nurses as well as the facility.

First, there are no locks on the doors. They would be unsafe in any institution with confused patients.

Second, Ms. Schiavo is incapable of emotion.

Third, Ms. Schiavo has no gag or swallow. Putting dextrose into her mouth would have killed her. That stuff is the same consistency as the brown glue they make out of old horses. It's given IV through a large bore needle.

Fourth, no nurse can administer dextrose without a physician's order.

Fifth, none of this stuff was ever documented.

Sixth, this nurse is a raving lunatic who was fired for swearing her colleagues were killing the patients.

I recorded Michael’s statements word for word in Terri’s chart, but these entries were also deleted after the end of my shift. Standing orders were that the family wasn’t to be contacted, in fact, there was a large sign in the front of her chart that said under no circumstances was her family to be called, call Michael immediately, but I would call them, anyway, because I thought they should know about their daughter.

I ultimately called the police relative to this situation, and was terminated the next day. <snip>

I found only one nurse on the FL state board whose name is close,

and her name is Carla Ann Sauer, not Carla Sauer Iver. This screen only says that she has been a RN since April 1997. I thought the nurse on CNN said she took care of TS in 1995 and 1996. Maybe she wasn't a RN then, but a LPN or LVN. Or maybe she had another state's license. But there is already reason to look into it.

Elevating the unfounded, uncorroborated claims of this "nurse" is irresponsible.

Court documents and Terri's guardian ad litem clearly demonstrate that Michael Schiavo was so caring, concerned and vigilant about Terri's care--that the hospital staff considered getting a restraining order against Michael because he was continually after them about treating Terri with the utmost care. He harped on the staff. He was an advocate for Terri.

This "nurse" has no one backing up her "claims."

It's very, very sad that CNN would give this charlatan a nanosecond of air time.

It's very damaging to the truth of this situation. Once you give attention to half-baked liars like this--you validate their allegations.

People will believe this lies, just like they believed the Swift Boat thugs.

It's such a crime. Such a shame.

All you have to do is find a liar and get them on camera. Then you've won 75 percent of the battle.
