Gas in Fuquay-Varina, NC is...

Supposedly, it's because the store just opened and it's trying to draw customers to it. Unless it is directly owned by the Saudi Royal Family (pun intended) I expect prices to be $2 per gallon by the time this promotion ends.

Oil prices are going up ($52 per barrel this morning), but gas prices are dropping?

Something bad must be coming...

1. SF Bay Area regular is $2.20 in the cheaper locations.

In San Francisco proper it is probably about $2.35. And we have petroleum tankers arriving daily to the local processing plants.
