Help needed on poll! Hinchey/Rove
From annabanana:

http://www.dailyfreeman.com/site/news.asp?brd=1769

Dan Ahouse runs the show for Hinchey down in D.C. Please help the BIG MO take on Kkkarl and the Orwellian right wing press. Please vote in this online poll. Dan's email message is below.
Thank YOU, DU!

Friends:

As you may know, Maurice has been outspoken over the past week about
his opinion that the White House political operation, led by Karl Rove,
was behind the leaking of false documents to CBS regarding George Bush's
military "service." His comments and unwillingness to back down from
the premise that a White House with a clear history of manipulating the
media could be behind this action have resulted in him being targeted
by a right-wing smear campaign.

One of our local papers, the Daily Freeman, has been conducting an
online poll asking readers if they agreed with Maurice's assertions. Until
recently, the response has been relatively equal. However, this
weekend, the right-wing bloggers began to flood the poll and now the results
are vastly one-sided.

I'm writing to ask for your help in stopping this manipulation of
public opinion about our Congressman. Please forward this information to
anyone interested in standing up to the right-wing distortion and ask
they they register their opinion in the poll. You can vote at
www.dailyfreeman.com .

1. People get moving on this one
I checked the results and I voted. It's no wonder right now that most people think "NO". Most people trust the White House. :dunce:

3. this was freeped hours ago
there was another thread - probably ok that you started a new one, but this site allows people to vote more than once without even deleting cookies. so there is no integrity in this poll - it has obviously been given the wing-nut treatment.
