After the 5-10 vote, Carrico said he didn't believe the committee is interested in expanding the constitution "no matter how bad things get and that they are going to protect the minority, not the majority."







Is the whole concept of tyranny of the majority, just beyond some of these folks. A majority in Grayson County, VA might not be the same as a majority in Alexandria.
