1. I didn't miss it thanks to DU.
Was a joy to watch. Also liked the report on the judicial hearings.

3. I read the transcript
and now I'm really mad I missed the show! The only thing wrong with the Daily Show in my opinion is that it's too short. I would love to see it extended to a full hour.

4. Stewart on Faux
"...I think every country should have their own Al-Jazeera."

The guy is priceless. Thanks for this link. I missed the show.

5. Somebody told me ...
That Stewart had once claimed that -- if any party -- he would consider himself more republican than democrat. Does anyone know about this? He is entertaining either way ... at least for now it's nice to get some laughs in at the elephants.

6. That "point--counterpoint" of Governor and President

Bush was hilarious and enlightening.

The part about "point --counterpoint" with Bush as Governor and as President, where "they" rebut each other. Bush clamors for nation building as President while as Governor he says the opposite. Stewart does the whole thing with video clips of statements from Bush as Governor and President using Bush's own words.

This is a classic of political satire.
