Talk about lies about Iraq! I'd never seen these PNAC docs!
I'd heard about the Chimp Admin. talking about Iraq before 9/11, but I didn't know several of them were even trying to get Clinton to take care of the regime change. And I can't believe these docs are still posted on PNAC's website! :wtf:

On 06/03/97, The Project for the New American Century (PNAC), a neoconservative think tank formed in the spring of 1997, issued its statement of principles. In it, PNAC stated their aims: “to shape a new century favorable to American principles and interests,” to achieve “a foreign policy that boldly and purposefully promotes American principles abroad,” “to increase defense spending significantly,” to challenge “regimes hostile to US interests and values,” and to “accept America's unique role in preserving and extending an international order friendly to our security, our prosperity, and our principles.” The document is signed by a group who will become “a roll call of Bush's inner circle.” Ted Koppel will later say PNAC's ideas have “been called a secret blueprint for US global domination”
http://www.newamericancentury.org/statementofprinciples.htm

On 01/26/1998, PNAC publishes a letter to President Clinton, urging war against Iraq and the removal of Saddam Hussein because he is a “hazard” to “a significant portion of the world's supply of oil.” In a foretaste of what eventually actually happens, the letter calls for the US to go to war alone, attacks the United Nations, and says the US should not be “crippled by a misguided insistence on unanimity in the UN Security Council.” The letter is signed by many who will later lead the 2003 Iraq war. 10 of the 18 signatories later join the Bush Administration, including (future) Defense Secretary Rumsfeld, Assistant Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, Assistant Secretary of State Richard Armitage, Undersecretaries of State John Bolton and Paula Dobriansky, presidential adviser for the Middle East Elliott Abrams, and Bush's special Iraq envoy Zalmay Khalilzad.

4. Bush is just a chimptastic figurehead that PNAC hides behind.
He has been from the day he started campaigning. That's all BushCo is, a folksy front and a thumping Bible to obscure the intentions of PNAC. They've been running the whole show since 2000 and I haven't even HEARD the name of the organization on the news. Do the math. ;)

What we have here is a nice packaged deal:

1. We have a massive economic crisis looming in the 1st decade of the
new millinium. It's been brewing for at least 50 years. We also
have a well known phenomenon known as peak oil that looms around
the the same time.

3. Jeb Bush (PNAC Member) helps his retarded, never accomplished
nothin', brother steal an election. PNAC rises to full power.
All they have to do is send Dumbass to texas ranch to keep him
from opening his mouth in critical moments.
4. 911 the Biggest black ops, er uh, wet dream for the PNAC to blow
blow full steam ahead w/ their plans. W/out it all of this would
have been impossible.
If I'm a freak go punch some holes in this:
http://www.cooperativeresearch.org/project.jsp?project=911_project

5. War 1. Afghanistan. Unocal could not get their pipeline deal
w/out it. Afghanistan is taken. We now have 3 new bases right
where the pipeline is to go. Unocal's Kharzi wins (rigged
election anybody?) Presidency.

6. War on Iraq. PNAC has been drooling over this and states
clearly,
a US footprint needs to exist whether or not Saddam is in power or
not.

7. 2004 - another stolen election, this time being smarter, they had
the help of voting machines that are clearly programmed to be
rigged:

8. Lord knows what the next 4 years will bring. My guess RU-86 will
pass spring of 2005

9. But what about the blockbuster...
The PNAC's main report is its September 2000 report: http://www.newamericancentury.org/RebuildingAmericasDefenses.pdf

It states: "the process of transformation , even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalysing event - like a new Pearl Harbor..."

10. The PNAC are as embarassed by their website as
Hitler was by Mein Kampf.

They don't see any reason to hide their imperialist plans. The website spells it all out, and things are going according to plan. Except for the little bump by the Iraqi people not rolling over for them.

For years I've listened to conservatives complain about the liberal elites in their ivory towers and their disconnect with the real world.

These theoretical fascists are as divorced for reality as anyone I've ever seen.

12. The lsit of signatories on the statement of principles is the best
they are all there.....Bush*,Cheney,Rumsfeld,Wolfowitz,"Scooter" Libby....all the ones who pushed like hell for war from before shrub was even selected.

*Note re Bush - Jeb Bush signed - in june 1997 he was considered more likely to run for Prez than his bro.

- also note how other "potential" GOP Prez candidates from 1997 were asked to sign..Bauer,Forbes.

Oh - and Dan "cant spell potato" Quayle opining on Foreign Policy , let alone war....give me a fucking break.

http://www.veteransforpeace.org/war_is_a_racket_033103.htm

"War Is A Racket

It always has been. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives."

Tell everyone about Smedley Butler!

When I try to discuss the PNACers with friends, relatives and others--their eyes just glaze over.

Could that be a tell-tale sign that they've all ready drank the Kool-Aid...maybe accidentally?

16. The PNAC docs...and those who signed them...
...are so frightening.

They are in full view--for everyone to see the true motivations behind the Iraq war.

These sickos were shopping around the idea of an Iraq war for years--and they tried to cajole Clinton into invading.

It's the PNACers who determine our foreign and military policy.

If you want to lose your lunch even more--here is a list of some who signed the original PNAC documents--and the offices they hold today.

PNAC galvanized their group, wrote the memos displayed above, gained power in the Bush administration and now they're currently having their way with America. TRULY. FRIGHTENING. STUFF.

Here they are:
-----
Dick Cheney--Vice President

Donald Rumself--Secretary of Defense

Paul Wolfowitz--Deputy Secretary of Defense

Richard Perle—-Architect of Iraq War—Pentagon Policy Advisor, resigned 2/2004, One of the founders of PNAC

Richard Armitage—Deputy Sec of State, 1991-present

Zalmay Khalizad-—US Ambassador to Afghanistan

Peter W. Rodman--has served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for
International Security Affairs since July 16, 2001. He is a principal advisor to the Secretary of Defense on the formulation and coordination of international security strategy and policy, with responsibility for East Asia, South Asia, the
Middle East and Persian Gulf, Africa, and Latin America.

Elliot Abrahms--Sr Director for Near Eastern and North African Affairs, Bush administraion

Peter Rodman--Asst Secretary of Defense, International Security Affairs.

James Woolsey-- Former CIA Director, Board of Directors: Martin Marietta, British Aerospace, DynCorp, Titan Corp

Robert Zoellick-—Cabinet Member in this current administration, 1992 appointed White House Deputy Chief of Staff and Assistant to the President.

Vin Weber—-Among other things, a registered lobbyist for Mobile Oil

24. I always forget
more people don't know about PNAC than do. I've known about them for almost 3 years now, and remember my jaw literally dropping when I first read about them.

What's real scary is how these same people seem to be everywhere you look in Washington. In addition to PNAC:

http://www.defenddemocracy.org/biographies/biographies.htm
http://www.fightingterror.org/members/index.cfm
http://www.usacc.org/contents.php?cid=2
http://www.peaceinchechnya.org/about_members.htm
http://www.aei.org/scholars/filter.all/scholar_byname.asp

There are various other think tanks as well, like CSIS.

They're serious people, and they're fairly open about what they want. Hell, they're on Fox News every damn day. That channel drives me nuts.

28. Here, read the rebuilding of Amerikas defenses
and also check out the archives of Kristols weekly standard columns dated in the 90's.

What is truly frightening is the fact that we are in the process of building small tactical nukes to use as conventional warfare. But you'll never see any outrage from the media or anyone else over that. Check out the third link and look at the names of the columns, "How to attack Iraq" dated 1998 and "Bombing Iraq isn't enough" dated 1998. William Kristol among so many others is a despicable little toad that makes me sick. Every time he is a guest on Diane Reem or Brian Lambs WJ I want to throw up. They give this creep a platform like he's respectable and it just blows my mind.
