3. Who owns "Premier Executive Transport Services" of Mass.?
Edited on Sun Nov-14-04 08:21 PM by DemoTex
Who are the pilots of N313P (B-737) and N379P (Gulfstream G-5)? All a Google search reveals is that the G-5 was granted RSM (reduced separation minimums) on the North Atlantic Track system last year. They must be doing a hell of a lot of North Atlantic crossings to go to that trouble.

What they are, I cannot say.
But they smell like CIA.

Remember Air America (not radio!) and Southern Air Transport? CIA, all the way.

On edit: Anybody out there with a NBAA Directory? Karl? They might be members if they are legit. Hell, they might be NBAA members as a smokescreen even if they are a nefarious organization.

10. I ran these tail numbers on the FAA's registration web site.
N313P produced this:

Registered Owner
Name     PREMIER EXECUTIVE TRANSPORT SERVICES INC
Street 339 WASHINGTON ST STE 202
City DEDHAM State MASSACHUSETTS   Zip Code     02026-1815
County NORFOLK
Country UNITED STATES

And N379P came up "not assigned." So that tail number was either "retired" or else... what?

5. somebody certainly whisked Maher Arar over to Syria quickly ...
This was the Canadian guy who got deported from the US during a stopover and ended up being tortured in the Middle East for a year. I mean, they practically had him across the Atlantic in less time than it takes for Air Canada to de-ice a 737 and board a flight! Wonder if this is what happened to him?

6. can someone explain this to me?
Fascist countries torture people.

Now the US tortures people.

Fascist countries disapear people.

Now we learn that the US is disapearing people.

fascist countries ignore the rule of law for politcal expediancy, crushes disent, cloaks itself in PATRIOTISM, uses National defense to justify thier actions, screw the common good to benefit the elite few, and have a complicent media...

The US..do I really need to go on here?

So Doesn't this seem to show that Shrub is turning us into a fascist country? Or at least, a very good simulation.

One more point... since every abuse against non-citizens in this country eventually leads to that same abuse being used against citizens eventually if left unchecked...what's to stop Americans from "disapearing"?

People, this is getting scary.

7. I'll bet there's going to be an "oops" soon, if it hasn't already
Either a real case of mistaken identity, or an "error of convenience". There have already been plenty of situations where the no-fly lists had wrong information, e.g. people with similar names.

Imagine if they grab some poor schlub who has a heart attack on the flight, or during confinement in one of those other countries. It turns out he's an American citizen ... oooh, too bad, but it's too late to change what happened now, and in any case Homeland Security is doing such a bang-up job protecting America that it would be petty and unpatriotic to criticize them now for such a teeny, totally-understandable slip. (No, sorry, we can't have a public inquiry because that would imperil national security.)

9. Then there's this...
"DUBLIN -- A U.S. military jet used in the transport of Al Qaeda suspects from locations in Europe and the Middle East has used Shannon airport on at least 13 occasions in the last four years, it's been confirmed.

The presence of the jet in Ireland has provoked outrage among anti-Iraq war activists and has led to the questioning of a government minister in the Dail.

The confirmation by Transport Minister Martin Cullen that the privately owned jet, which is on permanent lease to the U.S. Defense Department, requires no permission from the Irish government to land in Shannon has alarmed human rights observers. They fear that the jet is involved in illegal abductions and should not be allowed to operate with impunity in Ireland.

The Gulfstream jet, with the call-sign N379P, is known to have been involved in the "abduction" of two Egyptian suspects from Sweden in December 2001.

AND:

Premier Executive Transport Services, the Massachusetts private charter company that owns the jet, has an agreement with the U.S. military to land at its facilities around the world, including the Guantanamo Bay base in Cuba, which houses hundreds of Al Qaeda and Taliban suspects.
