Basically.......Bush* neesd to open up the ENTIRE speech writing and policy process (files, conferences, meetings, memos-everything that goes into writing a speech and setting policy).

Hell......let's just cordon off all admin offices and file rooms with police tape and have an independent investigator just go through it.......
