Feels like when my marriage ended...
...physically, anyway -- the sense of shock, the inability to sleep, the suppressed appetite...

I know those symptoms will pass...

Strangely, my ex called me three different times to comiserate, which was odd. She blew apart the marriage to be with someone else. Ain't he good at comiserating?

Anyway, there was too much pain in the air for me to want to jab at her. Everyone's in shock, psychically bleeding right now...

But I worked in the library at my sons' school this morning, and that helped. I write for children, as well.

I think I'll be doing a lot of work with/for kids, over the next few years...

be well all. There are those in the future counting on us to survive all this...

1. I'm reliving the day my husand killed himself
That's exactly what this feels like to me, a senseless, meaningless death in the family.

I had been doing really well this year, because I had hope that the election would go our way. But I'm very despondent today. It's a horrible feeling, I know exactly what you're talking about.

I'm sorry all that is brought back up for you...

I'd been doing pretty well this year, too, but guess I was overly-reliant on the election to add to the "healing pot..."

Take care, and a  back to ya!
