Take a look at how the DFA groups are organizing. It is amazing.
There are several posts about where we go after the election. I just wanted to point out what many of us will be doing, and are already doing. I think it is amazing how the community called DFA has stayed together, with the purpose of changing things by supporting grassroots candidates...even minor local ones. I am in awe of the way this bunch of folks organizes themselves. DFA gives the power to the local groups, with minor direction from the top down.

3. I admit, I moved on after Dr. Dean lost the primaries...
but I'm beginning to find Democracy for America really intriguing. I'm glad I stayed on the mailing list. I think Dean has exactly the right idea, and he's proving that he's no flash in the pan. DFA has staying power. It's only going to get bigger as time goes on.

5. As Jesse Jackson said,
"if the Democrats win, over the inauguration will be the halo of Howard Dean."

I think Jesse would now say "when the Democrats win."

God bless Howard Dean. What an amazing, amazing man. :loveya:

6. They were tiptoeing about the issues until Dean.
A little afraid of being lectured by the right again. They have treated us like naughty children for years.

7. Ah, I had forgotten that statement by Jackson.
Wasn't that when he interviewed Dean on his radio show which was just starting?
