Cable News telegraphing jealousy of Comedians
They have been jealous of the viewership for some time now. They can;t figure out why comedy gets such a devoted loyal viewership and why more people are getting their news from Jon Stewart.

Recall back at the DNC convention they did a Daily Show montage of people saying "Red Meat"...

If it's any consolation to them, more people then ever are laughing at cable news.

4. It's really funny.
Over the past few years whores like Tucker and Begala have been the butt of Stewarts jokes. All the while his star rises and their viewership goes down. I have noticed a concerted effort among the cable news whores to try to co-opt him and laugh him off as just joking.

Then they are shocked when he shows up and tells them basically what he has said on his show all along. They get all upity and make the damage even worse. Now we have people who work for Kerry (Carville) attacking him publically which makes Dems look like petty humorless hacks, which is not far from the truth.

Is there a chance that ONE of these outfits will get what Stewart was talking about, and will mend their ways? Stop hurting America!!

3. CNN had a loyal viewership back when they reported actual news
Faux has a loyal viewership because they pander and lie to a relatively small group of proud dumbshits. TDS is popular because it's funny, and smart.

5. imo, the core of my anger is the hypocrisy - it there are right wingers
who can't figure out why The Daily Show has a loyal audience, they probably don't have the gene that understands and can deal with hypocrisy.

They've been putting on a show themselves whether they realize it or not - I'm afraid they exceed the limits of 'show' by believing themselves.

Do you think the media has had reality games played on them? Could they really believe themselves by manipulation?

This 'reality' business opens up lost of doors.

6. You Betcha They're Jealous
These whores (and to call them that is an insult to whores) fiddle while Rome burns, they know they're going on everyday and lying through their teeth or ignoring inconvenient facts. Meanwhile, there's TDS and Stewart lifting back the curtain and revealing them for the soulless twerps they are.
