New Ad: No Flu Shots...what about an attack?
How about an ad that makes the following point:

We are left out to dry with not sufficient flue shots....if they can't ensure we have enough flue shot how can we trust the administraion will be able to provide the shots needed in the case of a biological attack?

how can we demonstrate it is a Bush* failure? As much as I dislike him I can't find fault with the fact that a foreign company lost their license to produce the promised vaccine.

3. The US used to pride itself on being SELF-RELIANT.
Privatization and outsourcing makes us vulnerable.
We have turned into a DEPEDENT nation.

I have been trying to track down a flu shot for my care-giver. In a county with approximately 45,000 people, the county recieved only 300.
All pharmacies that were going to have a flu clinic, cancelled.
There weren't any medical clinics besides the Health Dept that recieved any.

If we had to rely on our government for an immunization, they have failed. There is absolutely no way this government could get anything vital to its entire population quickly in a national emergency.

We will see how well our hospitals deal with unprecedented cases of flu this year. Oh, how the French-haters made fun of them in the heat wave last year. Our turn.

4. "how the French-haters made fun of them"
Small bit of irony: the source of our "good" flu vaccine is the French company, Aventis Pasteur.

Many of the public health entities are in trouble because they ordered from the cheaper source, Chiron. Chiron is an American company, even though they had the vaccine manufactured in Britain.

5. dont get the shot
the flu shot kills tens of thousands a year. half the stock was destroyed because they had live superflu in the shot. not weakend at all. plus the mercury is bad for you too. just eat right and wash your hands.
