Poll question: Does Al Qaeda care who wins the election?
Since the direction of American foreign policy definitely depends on who wins the election, to me, to say that Al Qaeda doesn't care about who wins the election is equivalent to saying "they hate us for our freedoms" -- or, in other words, that they are bent on destroying America no matter what America does and how it does it, and in addition, that they will have equal success recruiting young Muslims no matter what the US does.

So, if you believe that Al Qaeda couldn't care less about who wins the election, I'd like to hear why.

1. Al Qaeda losing Bush would be like Bush losing Rove.
Bush is the most successful proponent of terrorism in American history.

2. Kerry said something that will make al Qaeda cringe
He said he'd reach out to moderate Muslims. This is exactly NOT what al Qaeda wants. Kerry has a plan that will bolster moderate and progressive Islam. Bush, on the other hand, has definately given out signals that he is interested in a holy war-by calling the Iraq adventure a 'crusade', and allowing Gen. Boykin to trash Islam in a series of speeches in uniform in churches.

4. Sure it's God's will
But they pray to God that his will leads to something positive to them. What do you think they pray for?

6. martyrdom
It's a great honor to die for the cause. Especially when their death assures them eternal happiness (for lack of a better term)

5. God's will or not....
bush* has fulfilled the dreams of Radical Islam. His predictable militant over-reaction has been the catalyst for an Islamic unification and their much desired Jihad.

bush* has given Osama and Al-Qaeda EVERYTHING they wanted.
Kerry will fight a smarter war against Al-Qaeda extremism.
