Does bush love Iraqis more than Americans?

He does nothing for us but give
us the bill and ship home the
dead bodies of our warriors
(as secretly as possible).

As an American citizen I feel
neglected and uncared for....

Thats not to say that he loves Americans.

This facist jerkoff hates Iraqis and has outright contempt for average Americans.

He only speaks about social programs for Iraqis because he is a damn liar. He can say whatever he wants, becuase he knows it will never happen. And he knows Americans will never follow up on it. Plus it lets him use more deficit spending to funnel money to corporate backers so they can "lead reconstruction efforts".
